How to Activate the 5-Year Warranty

The 5-year warranty is activated if, within one month of the purchase date (as indicated on the invoice), the customer registers at the link ………. found on the website www.noctis.it by entering:

  • their personal information,

  • the invoice details,

  • the warranty code shown on the headboard package.

Warranty Coverage

  1. By activating the 5-year warranty, the purchase is covered by the 2-year legal warranty provided under Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128 and following);

  2. This legal warranty is extended by an additional 3 years for purchases of products intended for domestic use, starting from the expiration date of the legal warranty

Note.:To take advantage of the 5-Year Warranty, you must keep a copy of the receipt or invoice.

Which Products Are Covered by the 5-Year Warranty

The 5-Year Warranty offered by Noctis S.p.A. applies to all bed models listed in the catalog, without limitations.

The 5-Year Warranty covers:

  • Metal parts

  • Wooden parts

  • Pistons

  • Bed legs

  • Bed base (slatted frame)

The 5-Year Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Fabric elements or upholstery

  • Labor for replacement part installation

Scope of the 5-Year Warranty

The 5-Year Warranty includes everything covered under the so-called “legal warranty” as provided by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code, with the exceptions listed below.

General Exclusions from the 5-Year Warranty

The exclusive 5-Year Warranty offered by Noctis S.p.A. does not cover products that are:

  • Improperly used

  • Tampered with or altered

  • Cleaned with unsuitable products

  • Damaged due to usage inconsistent with their intended purpose

It also does not cover:

  • Unauthorized repair attempts, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

  • Damage during transport after delivery by Noctis S.p.A. retailers

  • Damage caused by environmental conditions unrelated to manufacturing defects, including dimensional changes due to shifts in humidity

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear or improper product use

  • Minor color differences between product photos and actual items received

  • Scratches, chips, or dents in wood or metal parts, impact damage, or overloading of mechanisms

  • Products sold as “Floor Samples” or “Last Stock Items” without original packaging

How to Use the Warranty

  • The customer logs into their personal account;

  • Opens a support ticket, detailing the issue and attaching photographic evidence;

  • Noctis Customer Service will contact the customer within 2 business days of the report and will coordinate resolution of the issue with the retailer;

  • The retailer is responsible for resolving the issue and may only charge the customer for the service call, with a fixed maximum cost of €80.00 + VAT, as per the service agreement.
