When you register your Noctis bed, you activate full protection that lasts for 5 years. Here is how it works in detail: During the first two years, your warranty is covered by European conformity regulations (the so-called “statutory warranty”), which protect you in case of defects or issues not caused by normal wear and tear. After this period, and up to the fifth year, Noctis itself assumes responsibility for your warranty, covering any structural defects such as issues with hardware, wooden parts, or other essential components of the bed.
Scope of Coverage – 5-Year Warranty
The warranty extension includes everything covered under the so-called “statutory warranty” expressly provided by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Consumer Code, subject to the exclusions explicitly stated in this warranty.

General Exclusion Rules – 5-Year Warranty
The 5-Year Warranty, offered exclusively by Noctis S.p.A., does not cover products that have not been used correctly. This includes products that have been tampered with, altered, cleaned with inappropriate products, or damaged due to use other than that for which they are intended.

How to Use the Warranty
In the event of a claim, contact your retailer directly, bringing your invoice, warranty code, and supporting photographic documentation of the issue. The retailer will coordinate with Noctis Customer Service and submit all necessary documentation. After verifying that the issue is covered by the warranty, Noctis will send the replacement part to the retailer, who is responsible for resolving the issue.
