The warranty activation booklet is located in the headboard neck of
the product.
Registration ensures your bed's 5-year coverage.
The code is found in the dedicated space of the booklet provided
at purchase by authorized retailers.

• Enter the warranty code from your booklet
• Follow the on-screen instructions
The warranty exclusively covers structural defects in:
• Hardware
• Wooden parts
• Bed frames
• Feet
• Pistons
• Metal components
The warranty excludes:
• Upholstery and fabrics
• New bed assembly costs
• Replacement part installation
