How to activate the 5-year warranty
The 5-year warranty is activated if, within one month of purchase—that is, from the date of the purchase invoice—the customer completes registration at the link ………. on the www.noctis.it website, by entering:

their personal data,
-
invoice details,
-
the warranty code shown on the headboard packaging.
Effectiveness of the warranty

With the activation of the 5-year warranty, the purchase is covered by the 2-year legal warranty provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 – Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.);
-
Extension of the 3-year legal warranty in the case of purchases of products intended for domestic use, starting from the expiration of the legal warranty.
N.B.: To benefit from the 5-year Warranty, it is necessary to keep a copy of the receipt or invoice.
Which products are covered by the 5-year warranty
The 5-Year Warranty offered by Noctis Spa applies to all bed models in the catalog, without limitations.
The 5-Year Warranty covers:

Metal components
-
Wooden components
-
Pistons
-
Feet
-
Bed base
The 5-Year Warranty does not cover:

Fabric/upholstery elements
-
Assembly of the replacement part
Scope of coverage of the 5-year Warranty
Included in the 5-year warranty is everything that falls within the scope of the so-called “legal warranty” expressly provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 – Consumer Code, subject to the exclusions below.
General rules for exclusion from the 5-Year Warranty
The 5-Year Warranty offered exclusively by Noctis Spa does not cover products that:

have not been used correctly,

have been tampered with or altered,
-
have been cleaned with unsuitable products,

have been damaged by use other than that for which they are intended.
Furthermore, it does not cover:

Unauthorized repair interventions, improper use, negligence, accidental impacts.

Transport damage caused after delivery by Noctis Spa retailers.

Damage caused by weather events that cannot attribute the defect to manufacturing faults. This includes dimensional changes due to altered humidity–environment balance.

Damage due to normal wear and tear of components, or non-compliant use of the product.

Slight color differences between the photos and the product received.

Any scratches, chipping, or scuffs on wooden or iron parts, any impacts with blunt objects, or overloading of the systems.

Products sold as “Display item” or “Last pieces in stock” without original packaging.
How to make use of the warranty

The customer logs into their personal account;

Opens a ticket by entering the issues encountered and supporting photographic documentation;

The Noctis support center will contact the customer within 2 business days from the notification and will proceed to resolve the problem involving the retailer;
-
The retailer is responsible for resolving the issue and will invoice the customer for ONLY the cost of the intervention, which by agreement cannot exceed € 80.00 + VAT.
